Deloitte Legal and Join GmbH form a strategic partnership to provide the innovative Contract Lifecycle Management system LEDOX365. The collaboration combines the technical expertise of Join GmbH with the extensive consulting experience of Deloitte Legal to offer companies an integrated and productive solution for contract management, matter management, and dispute management.
In a foundational cooperation, Join GmbH and Deloitte developed the contract management platform LEDOX for the science and technology company Merck KGaA in 2020. Since then, the LEDOX365 platform has evolved into a software solution accessible to other companies and has already been implemented at other globally operating companies, such as Heidelberg Materials.
“The successful implementation at Merck and other globally operating companies demonstrates that our joint approach, combining Deloitte Legal’s consulting expertise with the innovative technology of the LEDOX365 platform, works and significantly contributes to our clients’ success,” says Dr. Sven von Alemann, Head of Legal Tech & General Counsel of Join GmbH.
The LEDOX365 platform offers companies a flexible and efficient way to optimize their internal contract processes. The integrated platform stands out for its user-friendliness and adaptability, making it particularly attractive to dynamic and agile companies. In addition to contract management, LEDOX365 also offers legal matter and dispute management functionalities. Technically, LEDOX365 is based on the Microsoft365 platform and already makes the latest generative AI technology available.
“With the alliance with Join GmbH, we are also driving digital transformation for legal departments,” says Klaus Gresbrand, Partner at Deloitte Legal. “LEDOX365 particularly supports agile and collaborative work with the shortest learning curve.” Deloitte Legal was also the first official implementation partner of LEDOX365 (see article: Premiere of the LEDOX365 partner certification training course – LEDOX365).
Deloitte Legal supports companies in managing and coordinating the implementation of the CLM system and the change management process. In addition, Deloitte Legal teams assist with content creation, such as templates for CLM platforms, and offer user training. A key advantage for companies in this cooperation is that Deloitte Legal, as a law firm, offers not only implementation consulting but also legal advice, including the legal review of non-disclosure agreements or other contract templates, thereby providing additional value in the implementation and ongoing operation of CLM systems.
