1. When you contact us with your concerns

You can contact us with your concerns at any time. You can do this by telephone, letter, e-mail, fax or in person. We also have web forms on our website (www.ledox365.de). Data must always be provided voluntarily.

So that we can support you in your request, e.g. the free trial of the LEDOX365 demo, we need some information from you in advance, which we will ideally collect in an initial telephone consultation.

• The data is archived after processing has been completed.

• You have the option to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you contact us by e-mail, you can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. The revocation of consent and the revocation of storage can be declared in writing to the above address or by e-mail: sales@join.de.

2. Visitors to our website (www.ledox365.de)

When you visit our website, the following data is processed automatically:

Personal data:

• Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

• A so-called "session cookie" is set. This is technically necessary. It is automatically deleted by your browser after you leave our website.
• The Google Analytics analysis cookie is used.

• The legal basis for the processing of personal data using technically necessary cookies is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

• Analysis cookies: Third country: The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Retention period:

• Log files and technical cookies: The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymized so that it is no longer possible to identify the accessing client.

2a.  SlimStats

On this website we use the SlimStats plugin for website analysis. This plugin provides us with simple statistics on website usage.

No cookies are set, nor is it possible to identify individual users. The data collected is stored exclusively on our web server and is not passed on to third parties.

• Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO to safeguard legitimate interests (analysis and evaluation of website use).

2b. Cookie Script

This cookie is used by the Cookie-Script.com service to store the consent settings for visitor cookies. The data is collected anonymously.

Personal data:

• anonymous key
• the choice (accept or reject)
• IP address (last digits after "." are set to 0)
• Date and time of consent/rejection
• Page on which consent was given/revoked
• the browser agent

Purposes of the processing:

• The key is stored together with the consent status in the browser as a first-party cookie called "CookieScriptConsent" in JSON-encrypted form. This information is later used by the service to remember the selection. The key can also be used as proof of consent. The key is not considered personally identifiable information.

2c. Google Ads

We use the Google Ads Conversion service to draw attention to our offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Ads) on external websites. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: Through the integration of Ads Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that Google will find out your IP address and store it.

We use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. With the remarketing function, we can present users of our website with advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google Search or on YouTube, so-called "Google Ads" or on other websites). For this purpose, the interaction of users on our website is analyzed. For this purpose, Google stores cookies on the end devices of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google Display Network. These cookies are used to record visits. The cookies are used to uniquely identify a web browser on a specific end device and not to identify a person.

Transfers to third countries are possible. Standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR have been concluded as suitable guarantees. For third countries/companies for which an adequacy decision exists, the adequacy decision also applies. Retention period:

• Lifetime of cookies: up to 180 days (this only applies to cookies set via this website).

2d. Google Tag Manager

We manage website tags (website code) with Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager is used in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in managing and continuously improving our services and reducing your loading time. Google Tag Manager only implements a website code. Google Tag Manager itself does not generate any cookies and does not collect any personal data. It merely integrates the website code that we have stored elsewhere and that can be used to collect data. It is therefore only used to facilitate the management of the respective code, but does not itself access the data processed by the code.

2e. Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA from Google, Inc. to protect against misuse of forms. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for the European area. With reCAPTCHA we can determine whether you are a human and not a robot or other spam software. By spam we mean any unsolicited information sent electronically.

The following data is processed through the use of reCAPTCHA:

• Mouse and keyboard behavior
• Date and time of the page view
• language settings
• Screen resolution

When using Google reCAPTCHA, your browser downloads the required data from Google. In the process, your browser establishes a connection to Google servers in the USA. We have a legitimate interest in using Google reCAPTCHA to optimize our online service and make it more secure. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

3. Service providers, suppliers and customers

Most of our service providers, suppliers and customers nominate one of their employees as a contact person. We process the contact details of these contact persons as follows:

Retention period:

• Once the order has been fulfilled, the data is archived.
• The data in the archive will be deleted after 10 years.
• There is no obligation to transmit this data. Processing is also not absolutely necessary for the service/delivery. However, the effort required for agreements would be disproportionately high without defined contact persons. In addition, the risk of misunderstandings would be very high. Therefore, there is a legitimate interest in this processing.

4. Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data::
