You can contact us with your concerns at any time. You can do this by telephone, letter, e-mail, fax or in person. We also have web forms on our website (www.ledox365.de). Data must always be provided voluntarily.
So that we can support you in your request, e.g. the free trial of the LEDOX365 demo, we need some information from you in advance, which we will ideally collect in an initial telephone consultation.

This cookie is used by the Cookie-Script.com service to store the consent settings for visitor cookies. The data is collected anonymously.

2c. Google Ads
We use the Google Ads Conversion service to draw attention to our offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Ads) on external websites. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: Through the integration of Ads Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that Google will find out your IP address and store it.
We use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. With the remarketing function, we can present users of our website with advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google Search or on YouTube, so-called "Google Ads" or on other websites). For this purpose, the interaction of users on our website is analyzed. 2d. Google Tag Manager
We manage website tags (website code) with Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager is used in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in managing and continuously improving our services and reducing your loading time. Google Tag Manager only implements a website code. Google Tag Manager itself does not generate any cookies and does not collect any personal data. It merely integrates the website code that we have stored elsewhere and that can be used to collect data. It is therefore only used to facilitate the management of the respective code, but does not itself access the data processed by the code.
2e. Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA from Google, Inc. to protect against misuse of forms. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for the European area. With reCAPTCHA we can determine whether you are a human and not a robot or other spam software. By spam we mean any unsolicited information sent electronically.
The following data is processed through the use of reCAPTCHA:

- Date and time of the page view

- Screen resolution
When using Google reCAPTCHA, your browser downloads the required data from Google. In the process, your browser establishes a connection to Google servers in the USA. We have a legitimate interest in using Google reCAPTCHA to optimize our online service and make it more secure. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

3. Service providers, suppliers and customers
Most of our service providers, suppliers and customers nominate one of their employees as a contact person. We process the contact details of these contact persons as follows:

- There is no obligation to transmit this data. Processing is also not absolutely necessary for the service/delivery. However, the effort required for agreements would be disproportionately high without defined contact persons. In addition, the risk of misunderstandings would be very high. Therefore, there is a legitimate interest in this processing.
